Video Accessibility for Persons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

Mayor Vincent C. Gray issued an order on September 27, 2012, mandating that all DC Government videos will be captioned to provide effective communication for individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Videos recorded prior to the order can be made accessible by contacting ODR to request a transcript.
