ADA Compliance

The Office of Disability Rights is tasked with ensuring that people with disabilities have equal access to all city services, activities, and benefits through rigorous oversight of District agencies’ compliance with ADA and other disability rights laws and regulations.

District agencies can contact ODR ADA Specialists for technical assistance in interpretation of provisions of ADA and development of ADA Self Evaluation and annual ADA Compliance Plans.  In addition, ODR provides guides and resources agencies can use to comply with the ADA.
