Please find attached the transcript, recordings, and exhibitor materials from the 2020 Olmstead Conference, hosted by the DC Office of Disability Rights and the DC Department of Behavioral Health.
This year's Conference was held online via WebEx on September 21st through September 23rd. On each day, between 1 pm and 2:30 pm, attendees had the opportunity to participate in a panel-led discussion on the following topics:
September 21: Housing
September 22: Employment
September 23: Healthcare and Wellness Supports
Additionally, each day from 2:30 pm-3 pm, a panel of exhibitors conducted a virtual fair to help Conference attendees learn about the services they provide.
This year's theme and focus was, "A Plan for All of Us: Taking the Reins of Community Services and Supports."
At this year's Conference, the recipent of the 3rd Annual Laura E. White Award was Mr. Bob Williams.
